Our Process
1. Allocation of Data : We systematically distribute receivable data
to our in-house experienced collection agents, prioritizing cases
based on risk assessment.
2. Tele-Calling : Our calling team contacts customers to request
payments. This process continues until the customer settles their
dues or 30 days have passed, whichever comes first.
3. Field Visits : For cases with outstanding amount exceeds 10
Lakhs, our field team takes over. Collection agents conduct
on-ground visits to secure payments and assess client situations.
4. Legal Actions : If all other efforts fail and clients remain
unwilling to pay, we initiate legal proceedings against the
defaulters.
